개인정보처리방침

엔터테크 콘텐츠 협회(이하 “협회”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 엔터테크 리뷰(이하 “서비스”)를 이용하는 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

  • 뉴스레터 구독: 이메일 주소
  • 상담 및 문의(B2B): 이름, 이메일, 회사명, 문의 내용
  • 밋업 및 이벤트 참가 신청: 이름, 이메일, 연락처, 신청 시 요청되는 추가 항목
  • 유료 서비스(멤버십, 이벤트 티켓 등) 결제: 결제에 필요한 정보는 결제대행사인 주식회사 쓰리피엠을 통해 처리되며, 협회는 결제 승인 결과 및 주문 내역만을 전달받습니다.
  • 자동 수집: 접속 IP, 쿠키, 서비스 이용 기록, 기기 및 브라우저 정보(통계 및 분석 목적)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

콘텐츠 및 뉴스레터 제공, 문의 응대, 밋업 및 이벤트 운영, 유료 서비스 제공 및 결제, 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 및 분석을 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

원칙적으로 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

  • 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년(전자상거래법)
  • 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년(전자상거래법)
  • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년(전자상거래법)

결제 및 거래 관련 정보는 결제대행사인 주식회사 쓰리피엠이 관련 법령에 따라 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 제3자 제공

협회는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

  • 주식회사 쓰리피엠(사업자등록번호 119-87-09489, 통신판매업 신고번호 2021-성남분당C-1271): 콘텐츠 및 멤버십 결제, 밋업 및 이벤트 티켓 결제 대행, 결제와 정산 및 환불 처리
  • Vercel Inc., Supabase Inc.: 서비스 운영을 위한 호스팅 및 데이터 저장

협회는 법령에 근거하거나 이용자의 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, 아래 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 쿠키

서비스는 이용 통계 및 편의 제공을 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있으며, 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

The Entertech Contents Association (the “Association”) operates Entertech Review (the “Service”) and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable Korean law.

1. Data we process

  • Newsletter: email address
  • Inquiries (B2B): name, email, company, message
  • Meetup and event registration: name, email, phone, and any additional fields requested at sign-up
  • Paid services (membership, event tickets): payment data is processed by our payment provider, 3PM Inc.; the Association receives only the approval result and order record.
  • Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, usage logs, device and browser info (analytics)

2. Purpose

Providing content and the newsletter, responding to inquiries, running meetups and events, delivering and charging for paid services, and analytics to improve the Service.

3. Retention

We delete personal data once its purpose is fulfilled, except where law requires retention (records of contracts and withdrawals 5 years; payment and supply records 5 years; consumer complaints 3 years, under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Payment and transaction records are retained by the payment provider, 3PM Inc.

4. Processors and third parties

  • 3PM Inc. (business reg. no. 119-87-09489, e-commerce license no. 2021-Seongnam-Bundang-C-1271): payment, settlement and refunds for content, membership and event tickets
  • Vercel Inc., Supabase Inc.: hosting and data storage

We do not share personal data with third parties except with your consent or as required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time via the contact below.

We may use cookies for analytics and convenience. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings.
