이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 엔터테크 콘텐츠 협회(이하 “협회”)가 운영하는 엔터테크 리뷰(이하 “서비스”)의 이용조건 및 절차, 협회와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
서비스는 엔터테크 산업 관련 콘텐츠(기사, 리포트, 스터디), 뉴스레터, 밋업 및 이벤트, 멤버십 등을 제공합니다.
제3조 (운영주체)
서비스는 비영리단체인 엔터테크 콘텐츠 협회(고유번호 219-82-75417, 대표 박찬재, 서울특별시 성동구 송정12가길 38, 204호)가 운영합니다.
제4조 (결제 및 전자상거래의 위탁)
① 콘텐츠 및 멤버십 결제, 밋업 및 이벤트 티켓 결제 등 유료 서비스의 결제, 정산, 환불에 관한 전자상거래(통신판매) 업무는 협회가 지정한 결제대행사인 주식회사 쓰리피엠에 위탁하여 처리됩니다.
② 결제대행사 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

③ 유료 서비스의 판매, 결제, 환불, 청약철회 등은 주식회사 쓰리피엠의 결제 정책 및 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
제5조 (환불 및 청약철회)
① 디지털 콘텐츠 및 이벤트 티켓의 환불과 청약철회는 관련 법령과 결제대행사의 정책에 따릅니다.
② 이미 제공이 시작된 디지털 콘텐츠 등 관련 법령상 청약철회가 제한되는 경우를 제외하고, 이용자는 관련 법령에 따라 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.
③ 이벤트 티켓의 환불 기준(취소 시점별 환불 비율 등)은 각 이벤트 안내 및 결제 시점의 정책에 따릅니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제7조 (지식재산권)
서비스에 게시된 콘텐츠의 저작권은 협회 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 사전 동의 없이 무단으로 복제, 배포, 전재할 수 없습니다.
제8조 (면책)
협회는 무료로 제공되는 콘텐츠의 정확성이나 완전성에 대해 보증하지 않으며, 천재지변이나 불가항력 등 협회의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령에 정한 절차에 따른 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of Entertech Review (the “Service”), operated by the Entertech Contents Association (the “Association”), and the rights and obligations of the Association and users.
2. The Service
The Service provides entertainment-technology content (articles, reports, studies), a newsletter, meetups and events, and membership.
3. Operator
The Service is operated by the Entertech Contents Association, a non-profit (registration no. 219-82-75417, Rep. Chanjae Park, 38 Songjeong 12ga-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, #204).
4. Payments and e-commerce delegation
Payment, settlement, and refunds for paid services (content and membership payments and meetup and event ticket payments) are handled on the Association’s behalf by its payment provider, 3PM Inc.

Sales, payment, refunds, and withdrawal of paid services follow 3PM Inc.’s payment policy and applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds and withdrawal for digital content and event tickets follow applicable law and the payment provider’s policy. Except where withdrawal is restricted by law (for example, digital content whose provision has begun), you may withdraw a purchase as permitted by law. Event-ticket refund terms (such as refund rates by cancellation date) follow each event’s notice and the policy in effect at purchase.
6. User obligations
Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms and must not infringe others’ rights or disrupt the Service.
7. Intellectual property
Content on the Service belongs to the Association or its rightful owners and may not be copied, distributed, or republished without prior consent.
8. Disclaimer
The Association does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of freely provided content and is not liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court as provided by law.
