Sony Music asked platforms to remove more than 260,000 AI tracks impersonating artists including Harry Styles, Adele, and Michael Jackson by the end of September. The figure nearly doubled from 135,000 at the end of March. The increase turns AI voice imitation and streaming fraud into an ongoing enforcement infrastructure problem for the music business. Artist protection is moving beyond individual complaints toward platform-level monitoring and takedown systems.

Buzz & Beyond signed its first commercial data deal with a Silicon Valley analytics company through its video-intelligence platform vling and also signed nondisclosure agreements with four US companies. Vling structures visual, audio, and contextual signals from YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok videos into brand mentions, sentiment, ad exposure, and creator-fit data. The company is taking a model already used by more than 2,000 paying Korean businesses into North America.

Holoplot will use Powersoft's 16-channel high-efficiency amplifiers and IPAL low-frequency technology in a new immersive entertainment venue. Delivery will proceed in stages through 2027, extending the companies' work on Sphere Las Vegas. Three-dimensional audio beamforming and real-time environmental response are becoming core production infrastructure for large-scale experiential venues.
One line: Entertainment technology competition is moving beyond model performance into the infrastructure that enforces rights, structures video data, and powers live experiences.
